Customer Service, Sales and Support Specialist

Overview: PT’s Coffee Roasting Co is looking for a full time Customer Service, Sales and Support Specialist at our roasting facility in Topeka, KS. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has an interest in coffee and enthusiasm for meeting the needs of customers. PT’s Coffee Roasting Co is a prominent member of the specialty coffee movement in the United States, and we need a personable team player with organizational skills and adept attention to detail.

The essential functions of this position are:

Becoming a coffee expert

Taking orders and discussing coffees/products over the phone

Promoting new coffees and products to customers over the phone and via newsletters

Working with philanthropic organizations

Answering phones

Filing and other clerical duties

Minimum/Essential Qualifications:

Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications

Comfortable talking on the phone

Reliable transportation

Good communication skills

Creative

Problem solving skills

Adept attention to detail
